Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a clear and fair refunds and returns policy.

Returns

    You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items purchased on clearance or as part of special offers (unless faulty).
    • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged due to misuse.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds

  • Processing Your Refund:
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
    • Items not returned in their original condition.
    • Returns initiated beyond the 30-day window.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchange

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Size/Model Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please return the original item (following the returns process above) and place a new order.

Exceptions

  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
    1. Check your bank account or payment provider.
    2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
      If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.
